A particular highlight was the company’s silver medal in the "Best Small Housebuilder" category of the What House Awards 2001.

Rosemullion Homes has twice had its developments features in ‘Designing Homes for Life’ a specialist National Housing magazine described as ‘a showcase of the best in new housing design’. The 2005 edition featured St. Pol de Leon View on the front cover. In late 2004 Rosemullion Homes was accredited as an ‘Investor in People’ and in 2005 as a Beacon Company.

Adhering to high standards of design, construction and marketing has brought Rosemullion Homes success in local and National housing awards, including wins or commendations in the British Housebuilder Design Awards, UK Property Marketing Advertising and Design Awards, Cornwall Architecture Awards, Greenleaf Awards and New Homes Garden Awards. Site Managers regularly win NHBC Pride in the Job Awards.
