Rosemullion Homes do take great care to ensure that their new houses are built as well as possible and frequently specify more costly construction methods and materials than used by many larger building companies. Amongst other efforts we make to maintain and raise our standards:
Despite these efforts there may possibly be some minor
defects that may not be noticed until after you take occupation. You should
list any items requiring attention and mention these to our Client Care
Manager who will visit the property approximately two weeks after legal
completion.
Following our two week inspection any further defects to be remedied (except
emergency repairs) should be listed for action at 12 month inspection. By
this time any latent defects in the property will almost certainly have
become apparent. After 12 months, new owners will be asked to confirm that
all outstanding defects have been dealt with by signing a form acknowledging
this.
We value our home owners’ feedback and continually strive to improve the standard of the houses we build and the level of service we provide. At six months we will invite you to complete an After Sales questionnaire concerning all aspects of your property in more general terms and the service that we have provided, with the intention, where necessary, of implementing changes and improving all aspects of our service for future developments.
Once a list of remedial works has been agreed between you and our Client
Care Manager, you can expect our building team to carry out all outstanding work within a four week period. If for any reason this cannot be achieved, we will discuss and agree with you an appropriate alternative timescale.
