This lovely site – just off Falmouth Road and Park View, is only 10 minutes walk up from the city centre. Architectural inspiration was gained from elegant Georgian and early Victorian Houses in nearby city streets. The site is entered between brick piers and iron railings; mature forest trees were protected and preserved and important open spaces have been created.
