Silver: Rosemullion Homes
"You cannot fail to be impressed by the character and flair of Rosemullion. They have come a long way, but have remained true to their Cornish roots. Rosemullion now seek sites with an average of four to ten homes and design is central - providing it's Cornish. One always takes testimonials with heavy doses of salt, for letters of complaint are hardly likely to be included in award entry material. But for customers to praise customer care as well as design and construction is a rare bird indeed. This was for Rosemullion's Fentoluna Gardens development in Padstow. Another of their outstanding sites is Grenville Meadows in Lostwithiel - Cornish eccentricity, fused onto Rosemullion integrity and an award winner in the Best Exterior Design category. Proud of Cornwall and Cornwall should be proud of them." Extract from Judges Report, What House? Awards 2001
