Built 2001/2002
"The exterior and interior of the building have been completed to a very high standard and it is a tribute to all concerned that this has been achieved on a site neglected for so long. The informed re-instatement of the front elevation is particularly commendable."
Eric Berry, Conservation Office, Carrick District Council.

In 1856 local builder, Charles Farley constructed a terrace of grand houses on the Turnpike Road to Falmouth. In recent years part fell vacant and suffered serious fire damage leading to demolition. Rosemullion Homes re-created the historic building and provided 9 elegant new apartments, many of them having tall windows and high ceilings. Clifden Gate is less than ten minutes walk from the city centre and cathedral.
