On these pages of our website, we give preliminary information about developments where construction has just started, or is about to start shortly. At any time we have a number of other future developments in the planning pipeline. To avoid misleading potential purchasers, these will only be posted on the ‘coming soon’ pages once we can give a guide to construction programme and price range.

Our next development will be at St. Breward on the edge of Bodmin Moor. It is hoped that construction work will commence in May or June and further information will be provided as soon as possible.
