Built 1998 - 2001
‘Cornish vernacular is not for the faint hearted. The designs are original and germinated by seeking inspiration from the old stannery town. The stone is quarried locally the roofs natural slate and there is plenty of colourwash and intricate varied brickwork. Rosemullion Homes have really gone to town on their porches – with visual success.’

The charming and ancient stannery town of Lostwithiel was once the most important in Cornwall, but although the River Fowey still passes under a Medieval stone bridge, it is no longer navigable. A 10 minute walk from the bridge, Grenville Meadows is built on a sloping 3 acre meadow bordered by trees and a stream. There are 26 houses and cottages, every home being highly individual.
