Founding director Bruce Brooke-Smith has been personally involved in every site purchase since the company’s formation. He has an excellent knowledge of all six district council areas in Cornwall and a wealth of local experience.

Duncan Cumberland, BA (Hons) MSc (Land Director) who has recently joined the company has extensive experience at director level with major house builders in the South East and will be particularly focussing on strategic land acquisition.

Caroline Wheeleker BA (Hons) Dip TP MRTPI is a qualified town planner with several years’ experience in property and able to give expert and forthright advice on all aspects of planning law.
