Because the company has a good reputation with local planning officers for straightforward dealing and for building houses that enhance the environment, planning consents can sometimes be achieved in a better timescale than anticipated (see Case Studies).
Where planning negotiations are intricate and possibly extended, Rosemullion will work with a skilled architect to produce the very best design solution for the site, bringing in other expertise where needed and pursuing an application through the planning process (if unavoidable taking the matter to appeal) until a successful outcome is achieved.
