The company’s first development involved the restoration of 3 listed Victorian Cottages and the construction of 14 new cottages behind the village pump using a mixture of new and reclaimed slate, stone and colour washed render. ‘Lemon Hill Gardens’ evolved in a pleasing jumble of cottages at various levels and angles – just like neighbouring houses.
