THE DETACHED RESIDENCE

Gardens are modest in size and will be landscaped at front and rear with a view to low maintenance. Each property will enjoy 1 or 2 parking spaces with the exception of the detached residence which will have its own double garage. Architecturally, the eastern elevations of the properties have been designed to reflect the character of some of the older homes in the village streets nearby, whilst on the western (seaward) side, elevational treatment is more contemporary, as will be seen from the artist's illustrations in this brochure. As well as having large open plan living areas to maximise enjoyment of the views from each home, construction principles are focussed on ensuring that every property is extremely energy efficient, minimising environmental impact. |
