Rosemullion move ‘home’ and welcome back familiar face
Staff at a Cornish housebuilding firm are becoming experts on house moving after the company once again sold the show house at its latest development.
The team from Truro-based Rosemullion Homes has now set up its sales office at No 6 Trinity Watch.
It is the company’s fourth show home in the last 12 months at the development in St Ives after buyers snapped up the previous three properties.

“It seems like that as soon as we have become settled in one show home at Trinity Watch we have to move!” said Rosemullion’s managing director, Roger Carson.
“The response to the show homes has been incredible and a great deal of credit must be given to my wife, Linda, who is Rosemullion’s interior designer, for creating a look that inspires people to want to make the property their home.
“They are fantastic properties in an amazing location, with outstanding views, but Linda’s design skills really help to bring out the best.”
Rosemullion’s new base is a unique six level, four-bedroom home with views across St Ives harbour and bay.
And with just four properties left to sell at the 15-property development, Rosemullion has welcomed back an old friend to help with final sales.
Former sales director, David Furzer, has rejoined the UK’s Housebuilder of the Year on a consultancy basis. He held the post of sales director for Rosemullion from 2000 to 2004, when he left to pursue a passion for renovating old houses.
“We’re all really pleased to welcome David back to Rosemullion,” said Roger.
“He was sadly missed when he left in 2004, but it’s great to be benefiting from his energy and shared passion for our high quality, award-winning homes.
“Our sales success at Trinity Watch since David rejoined us this spring undoubtedly reflects our high quality product and improving market conditions, but is also a testament to David’s experience, enthusiasm and professionalism.”
For David it was an easy choice to rejoin the company which was named the UK’s Housebuilder of the Year at the What House? Awards in 2008.
“I really enjoyed my time with Rosemullion when I was here before,” said David.
“But I have a real passion for renovating old properties and I felt the time was right then to do that.
“Obviously we’re all aware of how the market has been in the last few months, but with signs of things picking up I felt that this was a great a chance to get back on board with Rosemullion.”
