Building excellence award win for Rosemullion Homes

Truro based housebuilding company, Rosemullion Homes, scooped the award for Best Housing Development (more than 11 homes) at this year’s regional LABC Building Excellence Awards, for its stunning Trinity Watch development in St Ives.

Rosemullion Homes saw off stiff competition from the whole of the South West at a glittering black tie awards ceremony held in Torquay on Friday (18th June). Four developments were shortlisted in the category, with Trinity Watch securing the top spot.

Located in an ideal location in St Ives, Trinity Watch is a collection of 15 unique new homes, many with striking sea views, which have been built in a classic Cornish vernacular style. In a well sought after location and built to a high specification, the two, three and four bedroom homes attracted much attention, securing them the title of Best Housing Development in the South West (more than 11 homes).
