Housebuilder offers virtual tour of its unique St Ives development

Rosemullion Homes has teamed up with a computer-generated imagery (CGI) specialist to illustrate the next phase of its Trinity Watch development at St Ives.

The Truro-based housebuilder has commissioned Hayle CGI company, TIGERX.STUDIO, to create a fly through tour of the site.

It includes a preview inside one of the homes, as well as views from its windows over the surrounding area and out to sea.

With two homes already sold off-plan after the release of phase one, the company is confident the production of the CGI will encourage high levels of interest in the three further houses now released for sale.

“We generally create a model of what our sites will look like, and have done this with every major development over the last 14 years, including Trinity Watch,” said Rosemullion’s managing director, Roger Carson.

“But now using CGI, a DVD can be posted to potential buyers, meaning that purchasers will have a much greater level of information in a format that suits them, in order to make that all important decision.”

With building work for the first six houses getting underway at the site, the CGI animation will allow people to visualise how the whole development will appear when finished.

“We go to great lengths to ensure our models, artist impressions and brochures are of the highest quality, and the CGI allows us to keep pace with developing technology,” said Mr Carson.

“As our clients now use PC’s to access information on products of all kinds, it makes sense to create a preview of Trinity Watch that will enable them to get a very good feel for how the finished homes will appear. It’s even better that we’ve been able to source the skills of another local company to achieve this.”

The current phase at Trinity Watch has four and five bedroom detached homes for sale “off plan” from £585,000 freehold with completion dates from Autumn 2008.

For further information and to request a DVD of the CGI, potential buyers should contact selling agents Marshall’s in Hayle on 01736 755665.
