2008	Belvedere won silver in both the Best Courtyard Garden and Best Communal Garden in the New Homes Garden Awards
2008	Rosemullion Homes was announced as one of the major winners in the National Green Apple Environmental Best Practice and Sustainable Development Awards.
2008	Rosemullion Homes’ Belvedere development in Truro was shortlisted in the prestigious Housing Design Awards and featured in the Exhibition of Excellence, held at the awards ceremony in Whitehall on 3 July.
2008	Rosemullion Homes was runner-up in the Carbon Positive Consumer Choices category, in the South West C+ Carbon Positive Awards.

2005	Two Rosemullion schemes ( St Pol de Leon View and Manor Gardens, Truro) featured in 'Designing Homes for Life' - a publication from the New Homes Marketing Board showcasing the best in new housing design. St Pol de Leon View was featured on the front cover of this national magazine.
