The name ‘Chacewater’ refers to a hunting ground, once wild, uncultivated downs. Today, it is an attractive valley village, just west of Truro. Rosemullion Homes acquired a small field on the western side of the village and built 4 individual detached homes, clustered round a courtyard, their character influenced by the Georgian and Victorian properties in the main village street.
